Evidence Based Practice is what nurses should be practicing every day in their professional work. Can you give a brief explanation (no more than 250 words) of a clinical situation you have witnessed that does not follow current evidence? For example (don’t use this one): a nurse scrubbing the IV hub for a few seconds and not the recommended 10-15 seconds and/or not waiting for it to dry before using it. Each student is expected to post their thoughts and then respond to 2 (two) other student posts for full credit of this assignment.
