Please help me with this appeal letter. On 6/29/24. I was taking an exam on zoom at home but  that same day I was really going through some family emergency where my uncle was in life support and I was the one in charged of my uncle decision making but during the exam I received a lot of calls and text messages from family members because my uncle passed that day and they all kept on calling me and I decided to texted them back but the professor think that was cheating with my phone which is not the case and now they redraw me from the class.
