This is not a cover letter. This is a diversity statement for the new graduate residency program of UCSF. I have the prompt and instructions for the diversity statement on the top of the paper and i have written the diversity statement i just needed it to be edited to perfection and put into one page instead of two .not taking the prompt/instruction into account . it would be great if you could make this statement sound realistic and genuine and cover everything that UCSF is asking for, which I may have missed .
